Course Description

The Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science focuses on the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle in the contexts of elite sport, recreational physical activity, community health and well being.

It will teach you about
exercise assessment and prescription
sports performance analysis
applying the scientific principles of fitness and health ­for a wide range of people, from the chronically ill to elite athletes.

Enrolled students are eligible for membership with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science students will also gain practical professional experience during the course. Graduates will be eligible for membership with The Australian Council for Health, Physical Education and Recreation (ACHPER).

Positives: - amazing lecturers very resourceful
- able to choose timetable to my liking
- easy to travel to

Negatives: - not easy to get help with studies
- excessive amount of content to get through
- not as much support from lecturers as I would have liked

The course is ok but poorly organised. I'm neutral about whether I'd recommend it. I find the Uni provides support but it's average. Don't expect too much.
