Course Description

Develop your nursing skills and prepare to advance your career to new heights. Practise in a variety of clinical settings and roles as a registered nurse who is reflective about their practice, has well-developed clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to lifelong learning.

The program prepares you to develop nursing skills, relate all aspects of body function with nursing practice, and continue gaining clinical experience in various health care settings. Topics cover areas such as the nursing profession and independent learning, indigenous health and cultural safety, pathophysiology and pharmacology, clinical governance, decision-making, and transition to professional practice.
