Course Description

This qualification will provide you with managerial level training for clerical and administration staff. It will help you develop your ability to respond to emerging business opportunities within a clerical and administrative area.

You will gain knowledge and skills in key administrative processes and procedures, as well as skills in team and people management. You will be able to work in both the private and public sector.

A practical placement component is provided to full time day students in partnership with the City of Glen Eira and the City of Monash. This placement will enable you to put all the skills from the Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical), Certificate IV in Business (in the Business Administration stream) and the Diploma of Business Administration into practice. This will also give you the opportunity to start networking with possible employers.
