Prepare for a career in international business through studies in business, international relations, politics and languages. Our structure allows you to major in international business and complete a semester studying overseas if you choose. You can also complete a second major in a language or in another field, such as international development.
Business studies cover accounting, finance, economics, human resource management, sustainability, strategic management, entrepreneurship and marketing. You'll approach these subjects from a global perspective, looking at the social, cultural and institutional influences on international business. For example, you'll examine how the global economy interacts with international politics, along with the role of multilateral treaties and institutions such as the United Nations system.
In addition to the international business major, you can choose to complete a second major, or one or two minors, instead of completing all nine elective subjects.
