Positives: Great gain of knowledge in the field of psychology even if it's basic level
Negatives: Hard assignments
My advice to future students is: Be on top of your work!
Positives: Helpful lecturers and tutors. Content is really interesting for most of the classes. the timetables were generally good too and gave me the chance to try to do most of my classes on the same day rather than spread out
Negatives: sometimes very unorganised and some class teachers were unclear on what was required. I didn't like some of the units but they were core units so needed to be completed. Also, I wish we could have done prac or some simulated prac on campus
My advice to future students is: study hard. I slacked off and I had to work harder to catch up. Not all units are interesting but just push through because its worth it at the end.
Positives: I love how interesting it is and learning new things I never knew about or getting a different perspective on something I already did. There are also really cool people doing this course
Negatives: That I have to travel so far to get to my lectures and tutorials but also the math aspect of my course is really complicated
My advice to future students is: Make sure you have time to sit down and study because you can fall behind so easily and it’s not fun to try and catch up.
