Course Description

Whether you want to coach elite athletes or improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, you will need an understanding of sport and exercise sciences, and how the human body responds to exercise.

A Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science will prepare you with the skills and knowledge to work with people from the health and fitness enthusiast to the elite level athlete.

The degree is focused on human movement, anatomy, sports conditioning and training methods, and includes opportunities to specialise in sports psychology, nutrition or teaching.
