Course Description

This qualification is part of the Agriculture, Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management Training Package and provides general skills and knowledge in amenity horticulture.

Apprentices
Students who enrol in this course must be employed in a horticultural workplace. You could complete the full Certificate III in Horticulture within two (2) years.

Non-Apprentices
If you choose to undertake the Certificate III in Horticulture, you will have the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge at a more advanced level in the Horticulture industry.
Skills at this level prepare you for work at a supervisory level within the industry.
You will also have the opportunity to put their learning into practice by participating in the work placement component of the course.
