Positive: Fun. knowledgeable / Negative: the last 6 subjects of the course are totally irrelevant and not helpful to the profession at all. They use time teaching abstract knowledge while there's a lot of practical thing not touched on

My advice to future students is: Do a lot of research

Positives: The University has a very well laid out curriculum. Since the university has been in Australia for a while now, the trail and error method has worked out pretty well, and as of 2018, the topics covered in the course are relevant and well worked on.

Negatives: The staff for the Business Courses, even though renown and well read, are not the best teachers the university has got.

My advice to future students is: This degree does not give you much of an upper hand when you graduate. It is an amazing course to do if you're into it. But if you're not and doing it because you want to study at UOW, id suggest you do something to gain hands-on experience in the field.
