Positives: The practical parts of the course are challenging and a good learning experience. Lecturers and tutors are very helpful and knowledgeable in their subjects. There is STEM events to allow students to network with potential employers and other students.

Negatives: Some parts of the theoretical subjects are only explained in technical language making them difficult to understand. The assignments sometimes have vague/ambiguous criteria and need to be clarified by the lecturer or tutor. The group projects can be difficult when members are unresponsive or not willing to put in as much work as the rest of the group.

My advice to future students is: It is better to ask about anything you are unsure about early. Try to find likeminded people when doing group work, communication is important.

Positives: The course thus far is thought provoking, interesting and are good at for getting a career.

Negatives: If you already know the basics you may find the starting subjects boring, sometimes the tutors have conflicting information, and there might not be external information you can use.

My advice to future students is: Make sure you can use a computer beforehand.
